The 8020 Challenge:

You will never diet again. We've blamed ourselves for lack of discipline. That didn't help. We've blamed calories, carbs, and fat. That didn't help. Nearly all diets are ineffective because they're based on restriction of your favourite foods. The 8020 Philosophy is here to change all of that. No food is off-limits, merely portion controlled, so you can stop fighting your own brain and biology. 

The brain resists dramatic behavioural shifts. Whilst I give you guidance on which macronutrients are important for optimal health, you have complete freedom to choose your favourite foods (and treats!) so that this approach naturally blends with your normal eating habits. It's simply you, optimised.

  1. 3 x wholefood savoury meals/day
  2. 1 x 200 calorie sweet treat/day (approx)
  3. 2l of Water / day
  4. 1 x social meal of your choice per week
  5. Optional: Post Daily

What you'll receive:

1 x Comprehensive 8020 Challenge Guide that contains the following:

  • a step-by-step process on how to calculate and track your macros for your goal (fat loss, maintenance, muscle gain)

What is The 8020 Challenge?

A personal commitment to mental and physical growth for the next 28 days to build a 80% wholefoods diet. You'll be joining a group of go-getters that are pushing themselves to build a better relationship with food, and incorporating BALANCE with 20% treats! Expect to feel energised, with less cravings and 'head noise' around food.

Who is it for?

My 28 Day Challenge is made for all women, of all walks of life and career. Everyone can benefit from being surrounded by a like-minded community who are dialling in their nutrition for the next 28 Days. 

All dietary restrictions are catered for, but my plant-based friends may find this trickier to hit their protein targets given whole foods are the focus.

What is the duration of the program?

You'll receive your Day 1 package on Saturday, 1st June (be sure to check your junk!) and the challenge will run for 28 days starting Monday, 3rd June 2024.

Are workouts included?

No. No workouts are included in this challenge as we’re dialling in nutrition, however, getting 8-10k steps a day will only expedite your results!

Results?
I'm not in the businesses of false promises - you will get out of this challenge what you put in, but this is the most enjoyable and simple structure you'll find for a deficit anywhere around the web. The winner of the last challenge Jess Meek has a complete glow-up physically and mentally.
